1. SERVICES
TDS provides commercial drone services including but not limited to conductor stringing, bird diverter installation, fire management, agricultural spraying, drone training, engineering and consulting services. All services are subject to regulatory compliance with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and applicable Australian law.

2. QUOTES AND PRICING
All quotes provided by TDS are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may vary based on project scope, location, weather conditions, and regulatory requirements. Additional charges may apply for travel, accommodation, and specialised equipment.

3. BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed service agreement and any applicable deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price. TDS reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to adverse weather conditions, regulatory restrictions, or safety concerns without penalty.

4. SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
All TDS operations are conducted in accordance with CASA regulations and relevant Australian Standards. Clients must provide accurate site information and ensure TDS personnel have safe access to work areas. TDS maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all operations.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All data, images, video, and reports produced during TDS operations remain the intellectual property of TDS unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a licence to use deliverables for their intended purpose upon full payment.

6. LIABILITY
TDS maintains public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law. TDS is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.

7. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. TDS reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 2% per month. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation in accordance with the laws of Tasmania, Australia.

9. AMENDMENTS
TDS reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any amended terms.
